4th of July BBQ
June 29th, 2008今日は雨でしたがＢＢＱを決行しました！ （うぅ〜ッ！２年連続雨！！本当に雨の疫病神に取り付かれているのでしょうか？！？！）
今日のメニューはホームメイドハンバーガー・ホットドッグ・チリ・お豆＆ライスサラダなど等。 天候は↓でしたが（涙）お料理はエンジョイして頂けたと信じています！ほんの少しの間でしたが保護者の方との会話もとっても楽しかった♪これからも子ども達の様子も教えてくださいねー。
お手伝い頂きました方々、ご理解いただきました保護者の皆様、ご協力本当にありがとうございました！！風邪などで参加できなかった方々早くよくなりますように。
・・米国独立記念にちなんで行って来たＢＢＱですが、日本では（特に普段から雨の多い福井では）梅雨まっただ中。これからこだわらずに考えていこうかしら？？
We had our annual 4th of July BBQ today. It was really a wonderful event, even though it rained the whole time! We had to cancel the event at the Green Center, and instead we barbecued burgers and hot dogs under a tent in front of the Asozu Classroom. It was a blast! Students and their families were able to come and go, taking home with them packs of hot dogs, home-made hamburgers (Thanks to Michiko!), chili, bean salad and more. The weather was bad but the food was terrific! Thanks to all who helped make this a great event!
